❓ Where are processed photos saved?

Processed photos are automatically saved to your iPhone's Photo Library. You'll find them in the "Recents" album or wherever your original photos are located.

❓ Does the app modify my original photos?

No, the app creates new copies of your photos with the added EXIF data. Your original photos remain unchanged.

❓ Why can't I see the EXIF changes in Photos app?

iOS Photos app may cache EXIF data. Try viewing the photo in third-party apps or use the "Files" app to verify EXIF information.

❓ Can I use this app offline?

Yes! Photo Exif Maker works completely offline. All processing happens locally on your device, and no internet connection is required.

❓ Is my data safe and private?

Absolutely! We don't collect any data. All photo processing is done locally on your device, and your photos never leave your iPhone.

❓ How do I create a custom preset?

Go to Custom EXIF → Set your desired parameters → Tap "Save as Preset" → Your custom preset will appear in the Quick Presets section.

❓ The app is not saving photos. What should I do?

Make sure you've granted Photo Library access permission. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Photo Exif Maker and enable "Add Photos Only" or "All Photos".

Permission Issues

If the app can't access your photos:

Open iPhone Settings
Go to Privacy & Security → Photos
Find "Photo Exif Maker"
Select "All Photos" or "Add Photos Only"

Force quit the app (swipe up from app switcher)
